Hello 2020

Hello and a belated welcome to the New Year.

Apologies for not posting in a while.

I’m hoping that I can change that this year and get some entries posted. I don’t have anything figured out yet but hopefully in my next post I will have something exciting to share with you all.

Did any of you make any New Year’s Resolutions?

I make them every year and every year I fail at most within the first 2 months.

So I only made 2.

1) To just get to the gym, and whatever happens after that is a bonus.

Near the end of 2018 I had a massive burn out at the gym. I added too much to my routine and my body hated me for it. It took almost a year to recover. I did go a few times during 2019 but it was hard to get going.

So this is my goal. Just to get there.

2) Self -care.

I had this as a resolution last year and I actually enjoyed myself a lot more. It is more than just self care. It’s enjoying the things I love to do. Listening to music, having a coffee of a afternoon outside while watching the birds eat.
