Today I officially roasted my first Pork Roast.
I’ve been doing a fair bit of cooking in the kitchen the past few weeks, other than the everyday dinners, and I am liking it. Probably more than I should, especially for my poor feet.
Just the other day I had done my first roast chicken (whole) and a couple of weeks I made Spaghetti Bolognese.
My Mother In-law to be, gave me some tips to help with roasting the pork. Like using the timer and keeping an eye on the water. And of course salting the pork itself. I didn’t think to get photos of my roasting progress. But maybe next time.
I don’t think I did a bad job. OK… I am kinda proud of what I did. And I multi tasked by making my Jelly Slice while “nursing” said pork roast.
I was given a 9.5 out of 10. I can’t wait to see what my next first will be.
