I love the colour of turmeric. It’s so bright. And very beneficial in so many ways. I take turmeric supplements to help with any inflammation I have.

If you don’t know what turmeric is, then you are missing out on something great. It is an aromatic, yellow powder that is procured from the roots. It comes from the ginger family and is also a super food.
