I have only had raspberries in my mixed berry smoothies or as a pre-made iced tea, like those Lipton iced teas. And I can drink those teas all day. Raspberries are rich in antioxidants, has Vitamin A and K, and is a great little anti-inflammatory.

I haven’t made these in such a long time. I might just have to make these when the oven is fixed. These are good if you just want to have a couple of cupcakes just for yourself. And if need be, you can always double up the recipe if you want to make more than 2.
I’m finally ordering a juicer. And honestly, I can’t wait to try this juice. As much as I love my nutribullet, they just not the right machine for juices. I have a whole list of juices I want to make and try, so I can share with all of you.
I love the colour of turmeric. It’s so bright. And very beneficial in so many ways. I take turmeric supplements to help with any inflammation I have.
